Additions in TU:
1)Is Fraud Check (RCU) required
a.This category has been introduced to help our SO, in case he suspects a customer. He can tick this option, and we will closely monitor this case. RCU team will immediately call the SO, and take required details from him. Please take further details from your supervisor.
b.In Case the customer is established as fraud by the FCU, the SO will receive Rs. 1000/- as incentive.
2)Allianz Insurance : This is an extended warranty product. You can take the details from your supervisors.
a.Once the application is approved, there will be a pop up with Insurance Fees displayed.
b.If the customer is interested, you can get his confirmation by OTP method, like we do in login screen.
c.There is no further documentation required.
3)IF cases are displaying under Insurance queue, at a later stage, we can select them as process as normal.
